All Josephus

Josephus is known for surviving in Greek by the writings of the "Jewish War" and "Jewish Antiquities". Like the treatise "Against Apion," they were intended to acquaint the ancient world with the history and culture of the Jews and to debunk the stable prejudices against this people.
