Strictly necessary technologies may be used without consent under Section 25(2) TDDDG. Where personal data is processed, the GDPR also applies. 

This cookies declaration aims to give you information on how Pocketbook Readers GmbH and Pocketbook International SA (together "Pocketbook", "we", "us" or "our")  collect and use cookies and other tracking technologies when you run this website (together “Cookies”). For data protection purposes, the two companies act as joint controllers. For all other aspects of how we process your personal data, and for the full list of your rights, please see our Privacy Notice.

For the purposes of data protection laws, Pocketbook Readers GmbH and Pocketbook International SA are “joint controllers” of the processing of your personal information. The details of both companies are provided below:

2. What are Cookies
