We create our e-readers and e-notes with great care and want to offer our customers the greatest possible convenience and service. Therefore, it is a matter of fact for us to support you in case you are not satisfied with one of our products.

To make it even easier for you to decide on a PocketBook e-reader or e-note, we are happy to grant you a 30-day return policy. This means you can try out your new e-reader or e-note at home and return it to us free of charge if you are not 100% satisfied.

If, contrary to expectations, you are not 100% satisfied with your PocketBook e-reader or e-note, you can of course return the device to us free of charge.

1. Please fill out the following form completley: Return form
At the top of the page, select ‘Return in 30 days’ as the RMA type and add your contact details and the device info to the form.

2. select ‘Other’ as the fault type under ‘Fault description’

Once you have selected ‘Other’, an additional field will appear on the form: ‘Add your reason for return here’. Please also add ‘Return in 30 days’

3. you will receive your shipping documents (return slip, shipping label incl. return authorisation number - RMA) usually within 24 hours.

4. pack your product securely, enclose a copy of the proof of purchase and send it to our FixIT service centre in Görlitz free of charge.
