How to Hand Over my old e-reader?

1. Initiate the Handover: Fill in the form on our service center's website https://pocketbook.fixit-service.com/add. Select "Disposal of old Equipment " as the reason and " Any Other Old E-book Reader Device" for the product. Enter today's date as the order date.

2. Receive Shipping Materials: You'll receive a handover label and shipping sticker by email. This may take a few hours, depending on the number of orders and day of the week.

3. Shipping Costs: Handing over your old e-reader is free. You'll receive a shipping label via email after registering your return.

4. Eligible E-Readers: Send in any brand of e-reader to our PocketBook Service Center, including PocketBook, Tolino, or Kindle.

5. Receiving Your Discount Voucher: After we verify your handed-over e-reader, you'll receive a personal 20% discount voucher via email for a new PocketBook device. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks. Please note: The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts.

  

What is the shipping cost?

The shipment of your old e-reader is free of charge. After registering your return in our service center, you will receive a return label via email.

  

Which e-readers can I send in?

You can send in any e-reader to our PocketBook service center. The brand of the device does not matter: PocketBook, Tolino, or Kindle – every old device is welcome in our service center.

  

How do I receive my voucher code?

After reviewing your return, you will receive a personalized voucher code via email, granting you a 20% discount on the purchase of a new PocketBook e-reader. Please note that this process may take approximately one week.

  

What happens to my old device?

Our PocketBook service center will dispose your old device in an environmentally friendly manner, adhering to the regulations of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG).
