FAQ - Gift Card

How can I give a PocketBook gift card to someone?

1. select the desired amount for the gift card or enter a desired amount.

2. enter the email address of the person to whom we should send the e-mail with the redemption code. 

3. optionally, you can add a sender and a short greeting message.

4. after the purchase has been completed, we will send an email with the code to redeem the gift card to the email address you entered.

 

How can I redeem a gift card on pocketbook.de?

If you have received an email from PocketBook with the code for a gift card, simply follow the instructions in the email to add your gift card to your store balance:

1. Create an account in the PocketBook Shop or log in to your existing account.
2. Then click on the gift card code in the email.
3. You will be automatically redirected to ‘Manage store balance’ in your account.
4. The code for your gift card will be displayed there automatically. Now simply click on ‘Redeem gift card’.
5. Your store balance can now be used as a means of payment for any purchases.

Alternatively, you can enter the gift card code manually in your PocketBook account under ‘Manage store balance’. To do this, click on ‘Add gift card’.

 

Where can I see my current balance?

Log in to your PocketBook account. Under ‘My account’ you will find the section ‘Manage store balance’. The amount of your current balance is displayed there. 

 

What are the general terms and conditions for gift cards?

No cash payment. No interest is paid on the balance. PocketBook Readers GmbH accepts no liability if the voucher code is lost. The gift card is valid within the statutory limitation period of 3 years.
