Bradbury's books will always be, as it were, "between the past and the future," but nevertheless remain "timeless." Bradbury's legacy continues to inspire and scare people at the same time, like any good literature. Time "H" is a frighteningly realistic and non-standard story about how alien invaders found a loophole "into the backyard" of earthlings.
