"Mademoiselle Pearl" - is a fascinating short story by the world famous French writer Guy de Maupassant (French: Guy de Maupassant, 1850 - 1893). Mademoiselle Pearl - is a nickname of the girl who was the steersman at the rowing boat. Five young men were the rovers at this boat. In such a gay company they had been swimming until one event took place, the event which astonished each of them.
