Helmut Zell: Helmut Zell, 1952, Engineer, Ph.D. in Economics, first stay in Tanzania as volunteer end of the 70th, research for his dissertation in 80th. Before retirement he worked as Senior Expert in the project Private Sector Participation for President's Office, Public Service Management in Dar es Salam. He lives in Remagen, Germany.
