Simon Mason is the author of books for children including Moon Pie andThe Quigleys series, in addition to the young adult Garvie Smith Mysteries (the first, Running Girl, was shortlisted for the Costa Children's Prize). He has also written three adult novels and The Rough Guide to Classic Novels.
