Heading for the Sun

In volume 2, BLINKI, ALIENNE and WHIZZY fly past the Moon, Venus and Mercury in their ultrasonic hyper fast propulsion spaceship at almost 3,000 kilometres per second and come close to the Sun which, as we know, is several millions of degrees hot.
