First Day, Worst Day

When someone pulls the fire alarm during Frank and Joes first day at Bayport Elementary, Joe thinks he knows who did it. But all the other kids think Joe is a snitch, and if Frank doesnt find out who really pulled the alarm, the Hardys will never eat lunch in that lunchroom again!
