Burning Daylight

"Burning Daylight" by Jack London scored record sales immediately after its initial release. The story is inspired by the experiences that London made in its time as a prospector on the Yukon. Typical of London is that his protagonists often depict characteristics of himself, for example an atheistic view of the world and reflections on social justice.
