The etiquette of the fatwa, the mufti and the mufti

Ifta is a great danger, the great site, a lot of credit, because the Mufti and the inheritance of the prophets- may God's prayers and peace be upon them- and is based on imposing sufficiency, but it is subject to error; and for this they said: The Mufti is a site of God Almighty. The mufti should be the apparent piety, famous for the apparent religion and the impressive maintenance.
