A Russian defector is to be smuggled to the West via Mikonos. On the Cyclades island he is to undergo a face-changing surgery in one of the numerous beauty clinics. Commissioner Angelos Nikakis is to protect the agent during his stay. No major problem, he thinks. Until suddenly three secret services are at work on the island.
