With the book "Atlantis in Us" we introduced you to the Atlantis then and the (energy-based) Atlantis now. We have you then, in the next book "The Wisdom of Atlantis" accompanied, in having your atlantean knowledge and your atlantean skills back in full. Now, in this book, we go a step further and enable you to get access to additional atlantean knowledge according to your personal development level and your personal awareness and integrity.
However, this book is not a general information book about Atlantis, but rather, written for all those who have successfully completed their personal task for this life, knowing that they are ready for new and future tasks and knowing that they do need the knowledge of this book.
This book, like most of the other books we have written, is an energy-based book. This means that we develop it together in an energy-based way. Something that happens very different from what the average human mind imagines. Since you would currently need the full awareness and personality maturity of a conscious embodied Ascended Master for such an approach, we will not go into this in depth. You will not need this in this life. At the same time, it seems important to us that you know transparently that this book has been worked out in an energy-based way and that it will be written down in human words by one of the team members in this regard, Susanne.
The present book, like the books about the energy-based realms of the earth, is also publicly accessible in an energy-based way and thus also accessible to energy-based living beings. And also in this aspect we ask you to refrain from creating relevant realities with your human mind. You do not have to (and cannot) imagine this mentally. It’s just enough if you know.
Written in an energy-based manner also means that the content of the book opens up according to the respective personality maturity and the respective level of awareness of the reading person. A completely normal fact on the energy-based level, which ensures that every being receives exactly the information that currently serves him optimally. All additional information contained in this book is automatically saved in your personal energy field and is then continuously accessible to you. How and when this happens is up to the direction of your own divine self.
The present book gives you knowledge of the old Atlantis, but also knowledge of the new Atlantis and thus appears to us to be a good opportunity to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the very different habitats on planet earth.
"We" are in this book:
Susanne Edelmann, current human embodiment of the Ascended Master Lady Nayla Og-Min and thus Lady Nayla Og-Min in human expression. At the same time also writing author of the present book.
Lady Nayla Og-Min, Ascended Master, embodied many times as a human being, but also embodied many times in the old and new Atlantis and also in the various other energy-based realms of the earth.
Susanne is completely me and yet a very human expression of her own, of myself. At the holistic level of development of an Ascended Master, who is far beyond the imagination of a human being, it is effortlessly possible for me to live both as a human Susanne and at the same time to live and work as an Ascended Master in various other places.
Humans have created their own (extremely limited) ideas of an Ascended Master. Ideas that are definitely not true. Not even close. But this, too, will change in the course of the earth's ongoing frequency increase: people will again grasp what actually is. In the meantime, diverse realities will show up again. Realities that have been filled with energy by people for centuries and thus have taken up a strong energy-based space. Realities that once again show themselves clearly and strongly and then dissolve in peace.
Adamus St. Germain, Ascended Master and one of those who has become immensely involved in human realities over the past few decades. Adamus St. Germain a former human embodiment of Lord St. Germain, who lived and worked at the time of Marie Antoinette. An extremely dark time, back then on planet earth. Lord St. Germain, a member of the core team of our current books. For a few years now, embodied again as a human, with the aim of maintaining full awareness at a young age. Something that did the human being Susanne extremely well and that we now expect every current human embodiment of an Ascended Master to do. A challenge that no ordinary human being can take, but which will hopefully enable our respective human embodiments to have a slightly more comfortable human life than they have experienced in previous ones.
Ovid, a being who has the same degree of maturity as the core team, but was never embodied as a human. He currently lives and works as an Arcturian on an Arcturian mother ship, working closely with the Galactic Federation of Light and the White Brotherhood.
We have been developing the books for some time on the aforementioned Arcturian mothership and this contributed to Ovid joining us. Something we really appreciate.
Lord Ben Josef, he too is an Ascended Master, he is also currently embodied as a human and this person is also currently in the midst of the challenge of full awareness. Like Lady Nayla Og-Min and Lord St. Germain, Lord Ben Josef is one of those Ascended Masters who are currently devoted to the area of intercultural cooperation (planetary or universal) and the aspect of complete awareness on planet earth. Each of the three brings their own individual knowledge and wealth of experience with them. Lord Ben Josef has a rich study and thus a great deal of wisdom in the field of vibration and, in this regard, also in the field of light technology. A technology that he will introduce with this one human embodiment on planet earth. Something, we all current 9 incarnate Ascended Masters will support. In this one, but also in our next human incarnations.

In our books we continuously emphasize the many differences between the various dimensions and would like to do the same here based on the situation of a missing name. Names are a peculiarity of the material-based dimension and thus of people. Outside of human society and especially in the energy-based dimension of the universe, no names exist. It does not need it, because a being is always grasped in its entirety in an energy-based way. We, too, Ascended Masters, have only one name among humans. Something we did to make it easier for people to understand. At the moment, people still need names in order to be able to classify and structure.
When Susanne started to write books, we wrote them as a team. Very often with beings who have never lived on earth and thus have no human name. Some of them have dealt so much with human culture that they have given themselves a name in order to be tangible for people. In other situations, Susanne used the code word “collective energy”, especially when it was about several beings who brought the same focus. Sometimes, she also expressed the energy signature of a being in human words and through that, he then, became a name.
Now, on the next level, you are ready to be able to know that outside of the materially based dimension and with it, human society, no names exist. And this is how the participation of the representative being of the new energy-based Atlantis works in an energy-based way. You will grasp it according to your personal development level, your personal awareness and your personal integrity. And we ask you to reflect in yourself how you are doing with it. With your active engagement and your conscious immersion in the topic, you contribute to developing a sustainable solution for the future. Because energy-based living beings do not know to have a name. Rather, the vast majority of the energy-based living beings currently on earth cannot imagine adopting one. Not even with regard to future contact with people. People, on the other hand, are used to names. Rather, they currently need them, still mandatory, in order to be able to orient and classify themselves. So how can a future cooperation that is beneficial for all involved work in this aspect?
We all don't know yet. And thus, the ultimate solution benefits from every materially based living person and every energy-based living being who resp. that actively deals with the topic. You don't have to write to us for it. We automatically receive the essence of your inner discussion in an energy-based way and we are happy if you contribute in your very own way.

The former Atlantis can be described as an age of the planet earth in which the dimensions were not yet separated from each other and life with it took place both in the energy-based and in the material-based plane. For many centuries in great harmony and holistic richness. A wonderful time that many of us embodied beings still lag behind. Then split, valuation and ultimately duality arose. Aspects that have shaped and changed over the long term. Aspects that have contributed significantly to the lowering of the frequency of the material level and ultimately also caused the division and delimitation of the individual dimensions.
The earth is now continuously increasing its own vibration frequency and is thus moving back a little into the realities of Atlantis at that time, which leads to the fact that, among other things, the boundaries of the respective dimension are becoming increasingly permeable. Something that makes a (future) coexistence of all earth dwellers possible again. Yet, it even makes it necessary over time.
Looking at the epoch of the former Atlantis from the outside, many insights can be formulated. Findings that not only promote the understanding of the three very different habitats on planet earth, but also contain diverse suggestions for a beneficial togetherness (again) in the future through conscious knowledge of the history of the development of the current situation.
Therefore, in this first chapter, we would like to share with you some of the insights into this.
The vibration frequency of a person depends on:
If your own vibration frequency increases, and thus also the vibration frequency of your body, it will involuntarily switch to a light-based version at a certain frequency. You cannot force this point in time and you cannot consciously influence it. Rather, it happens within the framework of your natural development and awareness process.
