Plums, figs and apricots, bran (with plenty of liquid), flaxseed (with plenty of liquid), rhubarb, sauerkraut, beetroot (also available as juice), Indian flea seed, wholecorn pasta, full rice, millet, oats, wholemeal, tubers, potatoes, Legumes, pears, peaches, cherries, dried fruit, figs, wholemeal bread.
