Band-Aids, Bullet Holes and Bleeding Words

The collection of poems Ive chosen to share are pieces of my emotional journey; they show how Ive grown as a poet and how these words can almost seem to bleed with emotion yet serve as Band-Aids to the temporary holes in my heart. The words provided a comfort when nothing else did.
