Valentina has two houses

I am Paula Carbonell, I tell stories; I listen to them, I write them, I read them, I analyze them, I change them, I reinvent them, I tell them: how they told me, how I remember them, how I invent them, how they ask me, how they gave them to me. I was born in Spain, in 1970, by the sea, in Valencia and I live in the interior, in Cuenca, sea and mountains, sea and mountains. Counting, reading and writing define me. Soy Paula Carbonell, cuento cuentos; los escucho, los escribo, los leo, los analizo, los cambio, los reinvento, los cuento: como me los contaron, como los recuerdo, como los invento, como me los piden, como me los dieron. Nací en España, en 1970, junto al mar, en Valencia, y vivo en el interior, en Cuenca, mar y montaña, mar y montaña. Contar, leer y escribir me define.
