1) We use cookies in our online offer. (g) Marketing cookies are placed by us or third parties to offer to advertise.

As far as we use unnecessary cookies, we will inform you separately in our data protection declaration or within the scope of obtaining your consent.

(3) The legal basis on which we process personal data using cookies depends on whether we ask the user for their consent. If this is the case and consent has been granted, the legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 p. 1 lit. a) DGPO. Otherwise, the data processed with the aid of cookies will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 p. 1 lit. f) DGPO (e.g., in the commercial operation of our online service and its improvement) or, if the use of cookies is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 p. 1 lit. b) DGPO). Before the user has not given their necessary consent, only cookies required for the operation of our online service will be used.

(4) Revocation/Objection: Depending on whether the processing of data by means of cookies is based on consent or legal permission, you have the possibility at any time to revoke any consent given or to object to the processing of your data by cookies (also called “opt-out”). You can initially declare your objection by means of the settings of your browser, e.g., by deactivating the use of cookies. We would like to point out that you may then not be able to use all the functions of our online offer. You can object to the use of cookies, which serve to measure reach and advertising purposes, via the deactivation page of the network advertising initiative (http://optout.networkadvertising.org/) and additionally via the US-American website (http://www.aboutads.info/choices) or the European website (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/). In addition, you can make your cookie settings within our online offer via the Cookie Consent Tool “AddThis” of the service provider Oracle America, Inc. based at 500 Oracle Parkway, Redwood Shores, CA 94065, which we use.
